POV (pov.camera) is the best-known disposable camera app for events, and the numbers back it up: over a million Android installs and a 4.9-star iOS rating across 15,000 reviews. A host creates an event, sets how many shots each guest gets, and photos reveal live, later, or on a delay — the same disposable-camera idea PartyCam is built on.
The catch lives in the fine print of “no app download.” POV's guest flow is an App Clip on iOS and a web experience on Android, and their own recent reviews describe guests being asked to sign in with an Apple ID at the QR scan, Android guests bouncing off Google sign-in, and downloaded albums coming back compressed.
