Yes, at any time. Photos appear in the album as they're taken; you can remove any photo in a tap and pause uploads mid-event, and any guest can report a photo, which hides it until you decide. If you'd rather nothing explicit ever appears, add Block NSFW photos when you create the event and it's removed automatically.

Anyone who joins your event with the QR code or link. Someone who joins from a second phone, or in the browser and then in the app, counts twice, so round your number up.

Yes. TV mode is a live photo wall for a screen in the room: open your event's TV link on a laptop, press Start the show, and mirror it to the TV with AirPlay, a Chromecast or an HDMI cable - or type the link into a smart TV's own browser. New photos appear within seconds, with the QR code beside them so guests can join from their seats, and the wall shows only what your guests are already allowed to see. Free events and events made in the app include it. On a paid event made on the website, it's a $9.99 extra, or $14.99 together with the NSFW filter and 100 shots per guest. You can download all photos at full resolution, and there's no countdown to do it. We don't auto-delete albums or expire them on a timer — your album stays up until you remove it.

Yes, with one thing to plan for: guests need a bar of signal at the moment they scan, because the link has to open before the camera can - so put the QR code where the signal is best, or share the link with guests before they arrive. After that, shooting needs no connection: in the app every photo is saved on the phone first, and anything still waiting uploads on its own - in the background on Android as soon as the phone has a connection, and the next time the app is opened on iPhone. Guests shooting in the browser should keep the camera page open until their photos show as sent - it re-sends them when the phone comes back online, but closing or reloading the tab loses anything that hasn't uploaded yet. Videos go through the same queue but are far larger than photos, so on a weak connection they land later.
